HYPNOTHERAPY - was endorsed by the American Medical Association in 1958 as an effective therapeutic modality.

Hypnosis is a very safe and relaxed altered state of mind that everyone has experienced. You are in an altered state as you drift off to sleep and when you first awake. In a Hypnotherapy Session, this relaxed state in brought on by a combination of concentration, relaxation, suggestion and expectation. In a Clinical Hypnotherapy Session, scripts are designed from the client’s stated goals. In the trance state, your subconscious is given suggestions to make the desired changes. The client is in charge, as all hypnosis is self hypnosis, and the hypnotherapist acts as a guide, to bring about the wanted shift in attitudes and thinking around a certain topic. The clients motivation is a determining factor for success. Goals can range from controlling addictions - (such as cigarettes; food or alcohol), habits - (such as nail biting), a fear - (such as fear of the dark), pain management or performance goals. Stress, anxiety, self-worth,self-esteem, anger, fears and phobias are also matters that can be addressed by hypnotherapy. Sometimes a client has a spiritual goal such as increasing intuition, or communicating with angels or guides. A separate thirty minute consultation is necessary before suggestive will begin.

Another type of Hypnotherapy session is a regression. During a regression, you have access to forgotten memories stored in your subconscious mind. You are able to go back through time and perhaps discover how habits and relationships you have in this life have been a part of your soul history. Discoveries of this nature often help resolve issues in this life and promote spiritual growth.
